OUR RETURN POLICY:
All items will be accepted for refund of purchase price less shipping within 30 days of receipt provided the item is returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Each return request will be handled separately and solely at the discretion of artcountry.com. In the event of an error by artcountry.com, all charges will be refunded in full or items exchanged as requested upon return of items in question to artcountry.com. All damages from shipping must be resolved with the carrier. Please inspect your package(s) carefully with the delivery person present if possible. Please ship your return with a prepaid, insured, and trackable method. Cancellations made before the item has shipped will be honored.
